Impact Factory is a vibrant face to face training provider and specialist in personal development, ultimately maximising the potential of employees within a business allowing them to realise their full potential and achieve more. 


The team at Impact Factory tasked us with creating a brand video to help advertise their services and encourage businesses to book their courses. As much as we wanted the main video to land with impact and drive course registrations, we also created a separate video for their elite course to give prospective clients a really detailed look into what the course entails. It needed to show what the courses looked like, what they involved, and more importantly, introduce a few of the team members that run the courses.


After some consideration, we opted to shoot the interviews with the founders handheld. Just like their courses, we wanted the video to really give a flavour of what it would be like in person, get across the energy and the buzz of the Impact Factory environment... We used these interviews as the videos’ backbone and then to compliment the footage showed a range of experiences from the days showing the diverse, professional and experienced trainers in action, doing what they do best.


We used motion graphics to complete the video, stepping up the production value by tying in key brand messages with live action visuals - perfect for a LinkedIn audience.
