You’ll become a member of our Producing team, supporting our senior producers during the Pre-production, Production and Post-production elements. The role is well suited to recent graduates, or someone who is very driven, analytical and is able to rise to the challenge of a rapid growing business. You will be working under the guidance of our Head of Production. The successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to learn and get hands on with ideation and planning of our productions, as well as being exposed to wider aspects of our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

  • Sourcing and booking locations.
  • Sourcing overseas crew for international shoots.
  • Supporting casting calls.
  • Prop sourcing.
  • New business lead allocations.
  • Organising client meetings/calls.
  • Production budgeting.
  • Networking.
  • Assisting on set.
  • Preparing and packing equipment.
  • Works under the direction of our Head of Production to help reach the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills.

THE PERSON:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field (not compulsory).
  • Computer Proficiency.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence required.
  • An understanding of video equipment, cameras and film sets.
  • Strong awareness of social media, youth culture, and emerging platforms.
  • Good knowledge of the Google Suite.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
  • A confident problem solver.
  • Ability to work and adapt to tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally).

Perspective Pictures is looking for a new full-time filmmaker to join our dynamic production team. Working on large and small productions, with clients including RedBull, Deliveroo, and Rolls Royce

The role will be mainly camera operating and cinematography based, while also editing in our office during days with no shoots. 

The Person: 

A creative mind that finds something fresh in ANY environment.

Confident & proficient in handling a vast variety of film equipment from all departments. 

Experience with the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro Primarily, After Effects knowledge also a bonus).

A deep wealth of camera usage, from any and all manufacturers (previous use of any RED camera from the DSMC – DSMC2 range is a bonus).

Happy and comfortable with travel (domestically and internationally).

Previous experience on set, as either a freelancer or part of another production house.

A full UK Drivers license is preferred but not required.

Have a good understanding of the ins and outs of every large social media platform. 

Main Responsibilities: 

Working collaboratively with the various departments at Perspective.

Travelling to a vast array of weird and wonderful locations.

Shooting all content as required to a high and consistent standard.

Handling, managing and maintaining any equipment, both in house and rented.

Working and interacting directly with clients and talent to achieve everyone’s goals.

Handling data correctly, and making sure it’s backed-up, archived & distributed to the correct locations.

Keeping an eye on the ever adapting landscape in the world of film.

Salary: £22,000

Perspective Pictures is looking for a Content Creator Intern to create and implement social media content (predominantly TikTok). The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high quality creative.

 

The ideal candidate:

 

  • In depth knowledge of organic media, particularly Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Experience creating organic content for TikTok.
  • A solid understanding of digital content creation.
  • Has the ability to think strategically, but coupled with a ‘sleeves-up’ attitude.
  • A desire to learn and grow.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Help with growing the company’s organic social media accounts (TikTok and Instagram).
  • Work on TikTok ideas and content for TikTok specific briefs. 
  • Analysing data and delivering regular reports.
  • Help generate leads to ensure we’re hitting our KPI’s.
