🥊 The Brief
Prep Kitchen, a UK-based high-protein meal-prep service loved by athletes and fitness-enthusiasts, partnered with Anthony Joshua – boxing world champion and cultural icon – to announce their new collaboration. Our challenge: create premium paid-and-organic social content that showcased Anthony covering the brand’s values of discipline, performance, and nutrition – while working within a tight window and high-talent demands.
🎬 Pre-Production
With just six hours on shoot day for stills and videos, planning was critical. We coordinated with Prep Kitchen and Anthony’s team to map out the shoot timeline, talent breaks, hair & make-up, and deliverable formats.

🔥 The Shoot
One shoot day. Six hours on talent time. Crew of seven. Location locked. We kept the energy fun and focused to make sure both Anthony and the production team could deliver their best.
