Personio, Europe’s leading HR software company, wanted to remind people that behind every HR notification – every message, approval, or reminder, there’s a real human story.
Our challenge was to turn functional platform messages into emotional moments. Getting paid. Taking time off. Starting maternity leave. Accepting a job offer.Moments that don’t just live in a system, but in the real, personal experiences of people everywhere.
