Creative (Internship)


Full Time Role - 3 Month Contract You’ll become a member of our creative development team, with a role in devising, editing and creating digital-first video content. We want a creative young person with good video editing skills and a strong interest in video as a medium.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: • Editing video content for commercial clients. • Supporting the production team, and offline editing. • Finding inspirational creative content and sharing with the rest of the team. • Pitching video ideas within the team for clients. • Learning new software and testing out new ideas. • Assist camera operators on sets. • Taking BTS photos. THE PERSON • Good knowledge and experience of Premiere Pro. • Creative and dynamic, with a strong understanding of current trends and social media platforms. • An understanding of cameras and film sets. • A willingness to travel throughout the UK, Europe and further. • Willing to put in the extra hours to ensure that deadlines are met. • Driving licence is a bonus. • An understanding of the rest of the Adobe suite is a bonus. Sound Engineer (Internship)


Full Time Role - 3 Month Contract You’ll become a member and crucial part of our creative team, the role is perfect for a junior looking at specialising in sound with a key focus on on-location recording. As part of the internship, the succesful candidate will also be given the opportunity to learn and get hands on with all aspects of sound, both working on pre and post-production. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: • Being able to work and adapt to different briefs, and help achieve the goals of the client • Working efficiently on-location and taking responsibility for the quality of recording • Creating advanced, impressive and enjoyable video content that is enhanced with audio treatment and effects. • Keeping an eye on the ever adapting future of video, broadcast platforms, equipment and tools with specific reference to sound. THE PERSON: • Strong communication skills • An understanding of audio equipment, cameras and film sets. • Good knowledge of Protools or any other DAW • A willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally) • Ability to work and adapt around tight deadlines • Strong awareness of social media, youth culture, and emerging platforms LOCATION: Working from our London based office at 1 Purley Place, N1 1QA. Sales Executive (Full-Time)


This is an opportunity to join a young, growing team that is changing the way that organisations think about their digital presence. You will be responsible for developing relationships with advertising agencies so we become their preferred video supplier, maximising the opportunity for repeat business. This role involves the development of strong client relationships, ideally you will have excellent interpersonal skills and a bonus would be experience in the sector having already established prior industry relationships to date. Ultimate success in this role will be driven via the telephone and digital communications to secure meetings. Travel may be required occasionally within the UK and Europe to visit clients when legislation permits inline with COVID-19 regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Engaging with clients, generating leads and managing a pipeline that delivers on its annual revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Promoting the bespoke video proposition we can offer to a client base.
  • Achieving and/or exceeding quarterly sales revenue targets.
THE PERSON:
  • At least 3 years’ experience working with agencies.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to achieve and exceed targets and other key performance indicators.
  • Good written communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong IT skills and a grasp of the digital landscape, particularly experience with GSuite.
LOCATION: Working from our London based office at 1 Purley Place, N1 1QA. RATES OF PAY: Full time salary ranging £22,000 + Commission (After 6 month probation period is completed). BENEFITS:
