Business Development Executive (Full-Time)


THE ROLE:

You will be a key driver for the growth of the agency, uncovering, targeting, and establishing new client relationships to help us keep making powerful content. We want someone who believes in the value of what we do and is not shy about shouting articulately about our work to everyone, no matter their seniority. We want someone who loves brands, whether lifestyle, technology travel, or entertainment, and loves keeping up with youth and pop culture, marketing trends, and business news.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: • Be first point of call for any sales enquiries • Maintain and update all client information in relation to the sales process • Update and grow our sales pipeline with new leads across a variety of sectors • Compile ideas and materials for pitches, both in response to briefs and for speculative approaches • Attending regular networking events and new business meetings across London, and hopefully further afield too LOCATION: Working from our London based office at 1 Purley Place, N1 1QA. Cinematographer (Full-Time)


THE ROLE: You’ll become a member and crucial part of our creative team, taking on a key role as a self-shooter in creating digital-first video content. We want a creative filmmaker with a strong portfolio of work that feels current. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: • Being able to work and adapt to different briefs, and help achieve the goals of the client. • Working multiple roles across a wide range of shoots in a professional manner. • Creating advanced, impressive and enjoyable video content. • Keeping an eye on the ever adapting future of video, broadcast platforms, equipment and tools. THE PERSON: • Strong communication skills. • An aptitude in a range of cameras. • A willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally). • Strong awareness of social media, youth culture, and emerging platforms. • Driving license. Creative (Internship)


Full Time Role - 3 Month Contract You’ll become a member of our creative development team, with a role in devising, editing and creating digital-first video content. We want a creative young person with good video editing skills and a strong interest in video as a medium.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: • Editing video content for commercial clients. • Supporting the production team, and offline editing. • Finding inspirational creative content and sharing with the rest of the team. • Pitching video ideas within the team for clients. • Learning new software and testing out new ideas. • Assist camera operators on sets. • Taking BTS photos. THE PERSON • Good knowledge and experience of Premiere Pro. • Creative and dynamic, with a strong understanding of current trends and social media platforms. • An understanding of cameras and film sets. • A willingness to travel throughout the UK, Europe and further. • Willing to put in the extra hours to ensure that deadlines are met. • Driving licence is a bonus. • An understanding of the rest of the Adobe suite is a bonus. Editor (Freelance & Full-Time)

Sound Engineer (Internship)


Full Time Role - 3 Month Contract You’ll become a member and crucial part of our creative team, the role is perfect for a junior looking at specialising in sound with a key focus on on-location recording. As part of the internship, the succesful candidate will also be given the opportunity to learn and get hands on with all aspects of sound, both working on pre and post-production. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: • Being able to work and adapt to different briefs, and help achieve the goals of the client • Working efficiently on-location and taking responsibility for the quality of recording • Creating advanced, impressive and enjoyable video content that is enhanced with audio treatment and effects. • Keeping an eye on the ever adapting future of video, broadcast platforms, equipment and tools with specific reference to sound. THE PERSON: • Strong communication skills • An understanding of audio equipment, cameras and film sets. • Good knowledge of Protools or any other DAW • A willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally) • Ability to work and adapt around tight deadlines • Strong awareness of social media, youth culture, and emerging platforms LOCATION: Working from our London based office at 1 Purley Place, N1 1QA. Account Manager & Producer (Full-Time)


You’ll become a member and crucial part of our accounts and production teams, the role is perfect for someone coming from a junior agency role, another production company or from a freelance background. The role of our account manager and producer is to manage various aspects of client care as well as to plan and coordinate various aspects of production such as developing the script; coordinating writing, directing, and editing. The successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to learn and get hands on with all aspects of pre and post-production. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Successfully onboarding clients after the initial sales process and managing client relations throughout the project timeline leading to repeat business.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Being able to work and adapt to different briefs from different clients and industry sectors in order to ensure we achieve the goals of the client.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of the production process including and not limited to; Organizing client meetings/calls, managing creative development/treatment sessions, creating pre-production documents (Treatments, shotlists, call sheets etc), sourcing suitable locations, sourcing of talent (actors/models/voiceover artist etc.), sourcing of props/set design, assigning and scheduling crew resource for video shoots, managing production briefings, facilitating post-production handovers, account management through to final delivery of content and the effective use project post mortem sessions etc.
  • Working efficiently off and on-location and taking responsibility for the smooth running of productions.
  • Ability to lead/direct productions in the absence of a dedicated director.
  • Issuing invoices and ensuring timely payment.
  • Reporting to line manager (Head of Operations) on a weekly basis.
  • Keeping an eye on the ever adapting future of video, broadcast platforms, equipment and creative resources.
THE PERSON:
  • An understanding of video equipment, cameras and film sets
  • Strong awareness of social media, youth culture, and emerging platforms
  • Good knowledge of the Google Suite
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

Social Media Executive (Full-Time)


You’ll become a member of our marketing team, managing all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. You’ll research and analyse social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign results. You’ll work with various company departments to promote the overall brand through social media channels. The role is well suited to graduates, those coming from a junior agency role or someone who is simply, data driven, analytical and is able to rise to the challenge of a rapid growing business. The role of our social media executive is to support our Head of Marketing, wider marketing team and MD. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Works under the direction of our Head of Marketing to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Oversees all company social media accounts management
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
  • Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
  • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
THE PERSON:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field, Computer Proficiency, Social Media, Research, Analysis, Data Entry, Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Customer Service, Client Relationships, Financial Skills, General Maths Skills, Creativity, Teamwork, Organisation, Planning, Reliability, Punctuality
  • To be successful as a Social Media Assistant, you must have excellent time management skills. A good Social Media Assistant is eager to keep abreast of industry innovations and new software.
