Just Giving

Just Giving, the charity focussed crowdfunding platform, came to us fresh off the press after their most successful raise ever, the legendary Captain Sir Tom Moore had used their platform to raise £33 Million for the NHS during the first lockdown by completing 100 laps of his garden before his 100th birthday.

From this, Just Giving wanted a video that was emotionally powerful and deeply impactful to incentivise user growth and support charities during a time when all in-person charity fundraising events had to be shut down. 

To show the impact that the platform had already created, and entice viewers to start their own charity raises, we used Just Givings’ own user-generated content, as it was the most authentic way to show appreciation to their user base whilst highlighting the impressive feats one can achieve from their own home.

We then edited the video over 10 days, carefully crafting a narrative that highlights how being a part of Just Givings platform benefits not only the charities but the users themselves, providing pride and joy online at a time when the world needed it most.
